Chippendale acquires Moderne Art

HCFII investee company Chippendale Printing acquired the business and specific assets of Moderne Art, a Sydney based printing business. The principals and key staff of the company have also accepted continuing roles in Chippendale to ensure the effective roll-over of Moderne Arts’ customers to Chippendale and bolster the sales and management team.
