Force Corp Pty Limited continues to grow with the acquisition of Independent Access

Helmsman Capital Fund II, the holder of the majority economic interest in Force Corp Pty Ltd (Force), is proud to announce that on 1 February 2010, Force acquired the assets of Independent Access, a New South Wales based equipment rental business specialising in the provision of Elevated Work Platforms.

The operations of Independent Access were rebranded under the Force Access banner on 1 February 2010 and were seamlessly integrated into Force’s New South Wales operations. Chris Mundey of Helmsman Capital said “this transaction will provide Force with a greater depth of Elevated Work Platforms from which to service its customers in New South Wales and indicates Forces intentions to continue with its national growth strategy that management implemented as a fledgling business 14 years ago.”
