Change of Company Name to Q Technology Group Limited

On 30 November 2010, it was approved at the general meeting of shareholders that QRSciences Holdings Limited change its name to Q Technology Group Limited.
The name change was recorded at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 2 December 2010.
For ASX purposes, the effective date for the company name and ASX code change is 7 December 2010. On that date, the ASX code changed from “QRS” to “QTG”.
