Notification of Formit Company Changes

The Formit group of companies was comprised of Formit Services Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries FylostRoto Plastics Pty Ltd (Trading as OzPoly) and BVCI Pty Ltd.
Formit Services Group was established in 2007 through the acquisition of several businesses including Formit, OzPoly and BVCI to create a diversified manufacturer of plastic and precast concrete products.
The Senior Management Team has decided to build on the strength of the group through promotion of a new united company identity. From 1 July 2010 the following organisational changes took effect:
The group is known as the STRONGFORM GROUP comprising of:
- Strongform Group Pty Ltd (Corporate Office to its wholly owned subsidiaries Strongform Tanks Pty Ltd, Formit Services Pty Ltd and BVCI Pty Ltd)
- Strongform Tanks Pty Ltd (Rainwater Tanks and Industrial Tanks including brand names Strongform, OzPoly and Plastek)
- Formit Services Pty Ltd (Portable Toilets and custom plastic molding including brand names Formit and Merlin)
- BVCI Pty Ltd (Rainwater Tanks, Pre-cast concrete, plastic and metal products including brand names BVCI, Plastek, Envirosep and Strongform).
