Formit Holdings Pty Ltd (“Formit”)
HCFII completed its fourth investment on 9 November 2009, via an acquisition of 100% of the senior debt and in conjunction with members of the Formit Services management team 100% of the equity in the Formit Services Group.
Formit Services Group was established in 2007 through the acquisition of several businesses including, Formit , OzPoly and BVCI to create a diversified manufacturer of plastic and precast concrete products.
Formit currently has 120+ employees across QLD, NSW and Victoria.
Helmsman’s investment provides the company and its management team with a solid foundation from which to grow the business organically and also provides significant capacity to support strategic initiatives and potential industry consolidation.
