Peter joined Helmsman Capital in September 2009. Prior to joining Helmsman, Peter worked for private equity firms NBGI Private Equity and ISIS Equity Partners in London, specialising in mid-market opportunities with typical deal sizes between £5m and £75m. He has extensive transactional and commercial experience across a broad range of sectors. Peter also has 4 years industry experience working in finance and operational roles at British Airways Engineering and 8 years experience in corporate recovery at Australian based practices.

Peter holds a Bachelor degree in Business from the Queensland University of Technology, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has an MBA from London Business School.
