Scott has extensive experience in business valuation, merger and acquisition, restructuring and turnaround and has been a market leading principal advisor in the restructuring area for approximately 16 years, having been a partner at insolvency and advisory firms McGrathNicol and more recently KordaMentha.

Scott has served as a board member of Helmsman Capital since its establishment in 2002.

Scott is a chartered accountant, registered liquidator and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
